Tips for use
- Be sure to use circles as placement for hole punches
- Write down worries and coping skills in cutouts in pen or sharpie first, then use color map to color.
- Encourage clients to hang them in their rooms or wherever they can access them
- This resource requires participants to draw and color things that make them anxious and use hole punch and yarn to complete their personal cloud (for worries) and sun (for coping skills.)
