What are Helping Kits?
Our helping kits go the extra mile and provide practitioners with interactive therapeutic activities and corresponding materials. We target diverse client populations and our kits will be delivered with one of our downloadable activities.
How do I access materials?
After you’ve found and purchased one of our creatively crafted activities, it will prompt you download and print the resource. All resources will be in a PDF format, which can be opened with Adobe, Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader. All resources will remain in your account to be used repeatedly.
What is your return policy?
We strive to bring you products that are valuable for your practice. All of our materials will allow you to preview them prior to purchasing. All of our materials are digital files and our unable to be returned. For that reason all purchases made on Hub for Helper are considered final. If there is a problem with something you purchased such as a misrepresented or corrupt file please contact customer service at help@hubforhelpers.com. We also encourage you to write reviews on materials purchased so that we may continuously improve our service to you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
While we hate to see you go, we have made cancelling a subscription with us very easy. Subscribers will see a cancel subscription option in their account setting. Subscribers are billed on the 5th of each month and must cancel by the 1st of the month in order not to be charged for cancellation month.
I want to sell on Hub for Helpers, how does it work?
Once you have been approved to sell on Hub for Helpers, its easy to get started. Basic Seller accounts are free. You can upload an unlimited number of materials and keep 55% of your total sales less a transaction fee of .25 cents per item sold. If your items are selling well, we advise upgrading to a Premium Seller Account. With this option you retain 80% of your sales with no transaction fee as long as the purchase is over $2.00. The annual cost of this membership is $59.95. Whatever option you desire, we are excited to have you be a part of our Hub for Helpers!
