Our Self Esteem Bucket requires clinician to help client identify what self esteem is and what are some contributing factors to a healthy or low self esteem. This activity can be used in individual sessions but is pretty powerful in groups. Clients will reflect on their self esteem, how their actions contributes to others self esteem, and how they have power over their own self worth.

- Reuse to buckets and brainstorm ways to positively impact the self worth of others around us
