Bandaid Healing

Use this activity to teach ways to heal by using healthy coping skills. Clients will read through a story and think about what actions the character did to heal. Clients will cut out and paste scenarios inside of bandaids on their bandaid boards and then make it personal by creating their own healing story. This activity can be used one on one or in groups!
