How Big Is My Storm?


This activity is great for clients that need help with emotional regulation. How Big Is Your Storm resource will help clients understand their reactions to life’s circumstances. Clients will be able to classify their stressors (storms) in the context of hurricane categories, rationalizing the circumstance, the thoughts associated with it and their reaction(s). With your help, clients will understand the importance of reacting rationally to life’s stressors (instead of catastrophizing)¬†Clients will also have the opportunity to reflect on and list supports and strengths in the midst of life’s storms.
