Anger Iceberg

This resource is intended to help clients understand and manage anger. Clients can discover what emotion(s) really trigger and drive their anger. Use the anger iceberg as a psycho-education tool for clients to understand their emotions and situations that can cause anger. This activity can be used in individual sessions, but is great in groups because members hear from others and discuss similarities and differences. Use the scenarios to promote discussion in groups about how anger can be the surface emotion but sits on top of many other difficult feelings.
