Thought Cycle


This is another great resource to use CBT with your clients. Clients are required to chart their thinking and the cycle of consequences  their thoughts create in their lives. Then clients can then challenge their thinking and create the same cycle. Your clients will have a visual representation of where their thinking leads them and you will understand your clients thought patterns and its effects.
